This policy applies to sandiegocashforhouses.com, including the Spanish-language section at /es/. San Diego Cash For Houses is a home-selling service operated by Justin Santolaya, Realtor®, NextHome Bella Properties, California DRE Lic. 01902918. The platform does not purchase properties itself.

What we collect

What you give us. Your name, email address, phone number, the property address, and anything you type into the notes field of a form.
What the property record already says. To prepare an offer we review publicly available property data — recorded documents, assessor records, and comparable sales — which is public information and not collected from you.
Basic technical data. Standard server and analytics information such as pages viewed, approximate region, referring site, and browser type.

We do not ask for and do not want your Social Security number, your bank account or card numbers, or your government ID through this website. No legitimate cash-offer request needs any of those. If a form or a person claiming to represent us asks for them, it is not us.

Why we collect it

To evaluate your property and prepare a cash offer, a listing estimate, or both.
To contact you about your request and answer your questions.
To connect you with buyers in our network when you are seeking a cash offer.
To meet legal, tax, and real estate recordkeeping obligations.

Who we share it with

Independent buyers in our vetted network, when you have asked for a cash offer — because they are the parties who actually make offers and purchase property. This is the core function of the service and the reason your information is submitted.

Service providers who operate the site on our behalf: our form processor, hosting provider, and email provider. They handle the data only to provide those services.

When the law requires it — a subpoena, court order, or other legal obligation.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with unrelated marketers, lead aggregators, or data brokers.

How long we keep it

Inquiry records are retained for as long as needed to respond and to satisfy real estate and tax recordkeeping requirements, then deleted. You can ask us to delete yours sooner at any time.

Your California privacy rights

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA, California residents have the right to:

Know what personal information we have collected about you and how it has been used and shared.
Delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to legal retention obligations.
Correct inaccurate personal information.

When you submit a form you are asking us to contact you about your property, and we will — by email, phone, or text, using the details you provided. You can stop it at any time by replying STOP to a text, unsubscribing from an email, or simply telling us. Message and data rates may apply. We do not send marketing messages to people who did not contact us first.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses standard analytics to understand which pages are useful. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site works either way. We do not run cross-site advertising trackers.

Security

Form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS and access to inquiry records is limited. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we will not claim otherwise. Please do not send sensitive identifiers through this website — we never need them.

Children

This site is intended for adults conducting real estate transactions. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
